A comfortable hotel with a warm atmosphere, private parking and a garden. We are located in a quite position, close to the city center, the railway station, the Fortezza and the Congress Centre.
The property is a typical Florentine style building, with no lift, on three floors. A very special feature of the structure is the lovely garden.
The kind, attentive staff is available for booking museums, restaurants, concerts and tours of the surroundings.

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

By Car (from the A1):
From the Firenze Nord exit:
- Follow the signs to the centre, then to Novoli-Via Baracca (on your right).
- When you arrive in via Baracca, turn left then carry straight on, following the signs for Piazza Puccini.
- Cross the square and go onto Ponte alle Mosse.
- At the third traffic lights, turn left into Via Benedetto Marcello.
- After a few metres, turn left at the traffic lights into Via Pietro Toselli where you will find the hotel.
From the Firenze Certosa exit:
- Head towards Florence then take Viale del Poggio Imperiale.
- Turn left and continue until you reach Piazzale di Porta Romana.
- Here go straight on then take Viale Petrarca until you reach Ponte alla Vittoria.
- Cross the bridge, then go straight on until you reach Piazzale di Porta al Prato.
- Pass the gate and turn left after the traffic lights, following the signs for Campi-Prato-Autostrade.
- Continue straight on, crossing Viale Belfiore and take Via Delle Porte Nuove.
- Continue straight on until you reach Via Pietro Toselli.
Please note:
Casa Toselli is located in a courtyard that is not visible from the street. To reach the hotel you need to go along a narrow street just before the Banca Federico Del Vecchio.
